Request a refund

If a specific problem prevents you from using your purchase, contact support@octo-brain.com within 14 days and include your order number, purchase email, and a description of the problem. Examples may include installation or activation failure; a serious error that prevents the product’s intended use, or a stated core feature not being available, in an environment meeting the published requirements; or a duplicate or incorrect charge.

We will first provide reasonable assistance to try to resolve the problem. If it remains unresolved after that assistance, we will provide a refund appropriate to the circumstances. When needed to assess the issue, we may ask you to optionally provide an error message, reproduction steps, or non-sensitive logs. We will not ask you to send card numbers, security codes, or complete payment credentials.

If a multi-PC pack cannot be made usable and is refunded, the order is generally refunded as a whole. For duplicate or incorrect charges, we will adjust or refund the confirmed excess amount. This policy does not limit rights required by law or any refund authority of Lemon Squeezy.

You may contact us after 14 days if statutory rights apply or you have an unresolved serious problem. We will review the applicable rights and circumstances.

Refunds and licenses

When a refund is issued, the license rights for that order end. You must stop using Octo Modbus Pro on all PCs covered by the order and uninstall it. Online reactivation of a refunded license will be restricted. We do not provide a feature to remotely and immediately stop an offline activation copy that has already been issued.

Seller and payment

Prices and license information

The currently stated Octo Modbus Pro perpetual license prices are in USD, excluding taxes.

A license key is provided for each licensed PC. The purchased version may be used perpetually, and updates within version 1.x are free.
